This page consists of a few photos taken either en-route to or at UK airfields which have been visited by us in light aircraft this year.  We usually use one of two Robin HR200 type aircraft which are based at Sywell, but occasionally trips are undertaken using a Cessna from Tatenhill.

Trips made last spring included Strubby, Turweston, Hawarden, Sturgate, Sandtoft, Gamston, and Southend. Our Gallery pages 7, 8 and 9 are the continuation of trips made during the remaining seasons throughout 2004. Hope you enjoy the few we have selected.

On the edge of Stansted's Zone, disused airfield Little Walden appears on the starboard side as a reference point. This former WWII airfield was used by both the 8th and 9th Air Force units. The control tower and large sections of the peri-track are still in existence.
