A short airstrip in South Staffordshire is one of the syndicate homes of Bravo Yankee. The airstrip is very basic indeed with only a demountable windsock to identify when it is in use. The strip is situated about 50 metres away from the house where the microlight is stabled, quite literally (see photo). It is the only resident of this strip which is operated strictly on the 28 day rule. Due to this limitation it has been restricted to very few visitors so far, although some friends have taken the opportunity to make a welcome visit. Although the strip is still in need of some attention, eventually there will be a distinct smooth mown area of about 250 x 10 metres centralised between the boundaries, with all the overrun areas left as relatively rough grass. The adjacent paddock is used for helicopters visitors.
